More than 30 years of office management and business support experience. Trish assisted Scott Palmer in creating and building Palmer’s Contracting Group before taking on the position as CEO. Now, Trish manages all the day to day operations of the company—human resources, payroll, taxes, financials, insurance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, company vehicles, and so much more. She’s always double checking the details to ensure a smooth work flow and client expectations are met—on time and on budget.
Scott Palmer is a Subject Matter Expert in Design-Construction-Consultation for all types of SCIF facilities throughout the United States to include small single room projects to complex multi story building structures with 50’ high bay areas with very technical aspects involved. Scott has Designed-Built-Consulted on projects in the specialty SCIF market for 30 years and is well known in the community for delivering first rate projects and ensuring the projects are built correctly and accredited every time.
With over ten years of construction experience, Bethany Baughan joined the PCG team in 2017. As an Assistant Estimator she assisted with daily estimating operations including vetting subcontractors, determining subcontractors’ scope of work, writing technical proposals and preparing estimates for clients. In her current role Bethany continues to brighten the estimating department as Estimator/Project Manager while also managing projects from award through construction completion and ensuring projects are executed to the high standard our clients expect.
Brittany Gentry joined the PCG team in 2020 as a Project Engineer. She has a previous background in Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Estimating, as well as General Contracting experience as an Assistant Project Manager. As a Project Engineer, she assists multiple Project Managers and Estimators in the completion of tasks and procedures to ensure a successful outcome for both, our clients and PCG.
Morgan Fleischauer Joined PCG in 2019 as a Project Coordinator she has a previous background in residential construction for one of the nation’s most luxurious home builders. She maintained & controlled over 50+ divisions up and down the east coast during the construction process from the ground up. As a Project Coordinator for PCG she manages and supports multiple project managers, estimators, and projects efficiently. Maintains subcontractors database inputting and updating information as required. Coordinates directly with Project managers and Subcontractors for project access as well as to ensure proper participation on bids. Also assists with submittals, RFI’s , project close outs and other project management tasks. Morgan is a mother of three and looks forward to growth within PCG.
Arielle Welch joined PCG in 2020 as a Office Coordinator she has a previous background as an as an assistant project manager. Arielle provides business administrative duties to ensure Palmer’s Contracting Group office processes run smooth, while managing employee documentation, daily activities, and employee-related functions.
Christopher Williams, PhD AAP
Chris Williams has a 20 year track record of designing, implementing, administering and managing professional technical systems. He’s a dedicated I.T. veteran with a PhD in Physics Engineering and a Masters in Information Systems and Operations Management. Chris manages all aspects of Palmer’s Contracting Group’s I.T. operations. From maintaining servers to supporting hardware, software, our team members and clients in our technologically-advanced office.
