    Fairfax Neonatal is the leading neonatology service in the country. It runs the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Fairfax Hospital. Fairfax Neonatal has been a long-term client: PCG has built several satelite offices for the group throughout the Northern Virginia area in the past two years. We not only build all expansion and satellite spaces, we also have annual service agreements to inspect, maintain and service all Fairfax Neonatal offices in our region.     Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates is a forensic architectural and engineering firm specializing in structural assessments, disaster response, facade integrity and many other aspects of all types of construction investigation.   • Specialty Consulting

    PCG was hired as a consultant to work with the client, the contractor and quality control contractor for a highly technical facility. PCG was able to meet with the client and their team and with our knowledge we were able to review the overall plan, remove some of the specialty materials not needed and saved the client time and money with our expertise.

  • Data Tactics – Class A Office Space

    PCG was hired by Data Tactics for a full floor 20,000 square foot renovation of their main office site. This was the 3rd time Data Tactics hired PCG to provide construction services for one of their spaces. The project was within a Class A office space with a very tight time line and high end finishes.

More than 30 years of office management and business support experience. Trish assisted Scott Palmer in creating and building Palmer’s Contracting Group before taking on the position as CEO. Now, Trish manages all the day to day operations of the company—human resources, payroll, taxes, financials, insurance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, company vehicles, and so much more. She’s always double checking the details to ensure a smooth work flow and client expectations are met—on time and on budget.

Scott Palmer is a Subject Matter Expert in Design-Construction-Consultation for all types of SCIF facilities throughout the United States to include small single room projects to complex multi story building structures with 50’ high bay areas with very technical aspects involved. Scott has Designed-Built-Consulted on projects in the specialty SCIF market for 30 years and is well known in the community for delivering first rate projects and ensuring the projects are built correctly and accredited every time.

As a Senior Estimator for Palmer’s Contracting, Mike Shenk is primarily responsible for all aspects of the estimation process, including coordinating proposals from subcontractors and developing project schedules. Mike prepares detailed labor and material estimates for competitive bids, technical proposals, and budgetary purposes on CONUS and OCONUS projects and programs. He is responsible for technical proposal writing and preparation.

With over ten years of construction experience, Bethany Baughan joined the PCG team in 2017. As an Assistant Estimator she assisted with daily estimating operations including vetting subcontractors, determining subcontractors’ scope of work, writing technical proposals and preparing estimates for clients. In her current role Bethany continues to brighten the estimating department as Estimator/Project Manager while also managing projects from award through construction completion and ensuring projects are executed to the high standard our clients expect.

Assistant Project Manager

Megan joined PCG in 2019 as an Assistant Project Manager with a background in residential construction, development, and agriculture.  Her experience includes high-end residential renovations, both commercial and residential developments, and investment properties. As an Assistant Project Manager, Megan is responsible for project documentation to include RFI’s, submittals, schedules, budget, and contract requirements. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time riding her horses and working on her family’s farm.

Morgan Fleischauer Joined PCG in 2019 as a Project Coordinator she has a previous background in residential construction for one of the nation’s most luxurious home builders. She maintained & controlled over 50+ divisions up and down the east coast during the construction process from the ground up. As a Project Coordinator for PCG she manages and supports multiple project managers, estimators, and projects efficiently. Maintains subcontractors database inputting and updating information as required. Coordinates directly with Project managers and Subcontractors for project access as well as to ensure proper participation on bids. Also assists with submittals, RFI’s , project close outs and other project management tasks. Morgan is a mother of three and looks forward to growth within PCG.

IT Manager

Chris Williams has a 20 year track record of designing, implementing, administering and managing professional technical systems. He’s a dedicated I.T. veteran with a PhD in Physics Engineering and a Masters in Information Systems and Operations Management. Chris manages all aspects of Palmer’s Contracting Group’s I.T. operations. From maintaining servers to supporting hardware, software, our team members and clients in our technologically-advanced office.
